Video: Hey Genius, Set S.M.A.R.T Goals

There are all kinds of ways to set goals. I find that the most effective is when every part of you is involved in the process, and I mean a physical and emotional connection with what you are doing everyday. When you involve every aspect of you when working through goals, the body and mind start to create a new routine and you become more and more committed to what you do. In this video, I talk about the SMART way to set goals. It has helped me a whole lot and I hope it does for you too!
